It also allows us to monetize on the pool rich of useful data generated from the insights and has the possibility to make a positive and measurable impact on our business revenue.
• Billing generates monthly settlements to the merchants for transactions such as Coinback and ChatTee Pay charges. Merchants are able to check daily transactions and generate monthly billing report in pdf format for record-keeping and accounting purposes.
In the long term, we plan to add more features and services to ChatTee Shop app to support merchants in all areas of business including payment acceptance, customer loyalty, customer acquisition, and operations digitization.
